Today we continue with an update on the "Enormously in Form" column.
I am successfully rowing on the ergometer, burning about 420 calories per day.
This fact hits my beloved piece of cake in the afternoon unpleasantly.
The piece of cake also has about 420 calories.
Despite the "rowing for the cake" campaign, I managed to lose 5.6 kg in 3 weeks.
Now I want to refine the whole thing a bit and have bought a high-powered blender with 35,000 revolutions.
The smoothie will now replace cake 5 days a week.
Here is my first mix with 1 banana, 2 handfuls of blueberries, 1 pear and about 150 ml almond milk.
The thing goes off like Schmidt's cat and is my loudest household appliance.
The result after 2 minutes of blending is even darker than the last photo.
The mixture is mega finely pureed and super tasty.
I will keep you informed about further successes and mistakes.
