In the morning, after waking up, I went to the kitchen and saw that a new type of pitha was being made. I have been wanting to eat it for several days, but due to a lack of time, it had not been made. However, this morning when I woke up, I saw that the pitha was being prepared. It is one of my favorite pithas, called "Dim Pitha" (Egg Pitha). First, the dough has to be prepared, then eggs are cracked into it and mixed. After that, it is fried.
This is how the Dim Pitha is made beautifully. When eaten hot, it tastes delicious and flavorful. This pitha is made at home and can be prepared in a short amount of time. This morning, I had it for breakfast, and I really enjoyed it. I took a few pictures of the pitha and shared them with you.
