Patties with cabbage for a picnic

Pita bread with sausage and cabbage in a frying pan. This is a quick and delicious appetizer from pita bread.

Such a snack of lavash can be taken with you to nature or as a lunch for work.

4 sheets of lavash
200 g of sausage
500 g cabbage
1 piece onion
black pepper powder
salt
oil for frying

First we make a stuffing. 1 onion cut into cubes. Shinku half a kilogram of cabbage.

Cut the chopped onion into a hot frying pan. Passer on medium heat until golden brown.

When the onion is gilded, add the chopped cabbage to it. All the salt, add 3-4 tbsp. l. water and mix. Stew the cabbage on a slow fire under the lid for about 5 minutes.

While cabbage is stewed, sausage is cut into small cubes.

We put the cabbage in a bowl and let it cool down for a while.

Add stilled sausage to the stewed cabbage, pepper and mix.

Lavash leaf is cut across into strips about 8-10 centimeters wide. This amount of filling will need about 4 sheets of pita bread.

Each strip of pita bread is put into a triangle. For clarity, I'll first put pita bread without stuffing.

Now on the strip of pita bread spread the stuffing and add it in a triangle. If there is a tip, then we turn it all-in.

Prepared pies fry in a hot frying pan with a small amount of sunflower oil. Each side fry until a ruddy crust about half a minute.
