I've been experimenting with the air fryer and I made these little bacon and cheese frittatas with tortilla crust in them the other day that turned out great.

What I used:

Small flour tortillas
2 eggs per fritatta
Oven safe bowl
Butter
Bacon Pieces
Cheese, I used Parmesan

How It's Done:

1. Start by pre-cooking the bacon.
2. Grease the bowl with butter.
3. Set a tortilla in the center, making a little bowl.
4. Sprinkle cheese in the center, then crumble bacon.
5. Crack the eggs into a bowl, whip them then pour over the bacon and cheese.
6. Put into the air fryer at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
7. Remove from the bowl and put back in the basket without the bowl for another 5-7 minutes
8. Enjoy!
