Hotpot - hotpot buffet - is a good option if you want to invite your friends to eat in cold weather like this. It is not only delicious but also a pleasant choice for our young people's pocketbook :))
The most interesting thing when eating hot pot is that you can choose many toppings. It is like eating a variety of dishes at the same time.
I like the way the food is cooked quickly when they dip into the pot of boiling water. Pieces of meat soft and warm when you eat them. It was very good.
The water of hotpot is an important factor to decide your delicious meal or not. Normally people cook the pig bone for several hours to have a good hotpot. However the restaurant there are combining to give out more flavor: spicy hotpot, kimchee hotpot ... Hot pot always looks attractive like this.
Today was the first time I ordered hot pot with satay sauce and coconut milk. It's quite delicious. The aromatic smell of coconut. They also add a lot of fresh coconut fiber.
With the price of about $5 for a buffet, we have some toppings like this: beef from the US, corn chips, potato chips, some types of mushrooms, vegetables, fried bean topping, cake, noodles ...
Because the buffet is so the beef is not limited. Each beef consisted of 5 boxes like this. We call 7 beef exports and really full for a dinner.
But tin here, they only have beef, no meat fish or chicken as many places I have eaten. Eating a lot of beef made us feel a bit bored.
I hope I can find more restaurants with good hotpot in Hanoi. Anyway, this is my favorite.
When I write here I really want to go to the restaurant and order a pot of hot pot for me :)))
