CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP
iNGREDIENTS:
CHICKEN CUT INTO PIECES
CARROTS
CELERY
PARSNIP
PARSLEY
ONION
GARLIC
SALT
PEPPERCORNS
RECIPE:
PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A POT. JUST COVER WITH WATER. BRING TO A BOIL THEN TURN DOWN HEAT UNTIL IT SIMMERS. STIR OCCASIONALLY FOR AN HOUR. TURN OFF HEAT. REMOVE CHICKEN AND VEGGIES. STRAIN. REMOVE CHICKEN FROM BONE AND CUT UP. ALSO CUT UP VEGGIES THAT YOU WANT TO PUT INTO THE SOUP. RETURN TO SOUP AND SERVE.
OPTIONAL: ADD SOUP NOODLES, RICE OR OTHER GRAINS THAT HAVE BEEN COOKED.
