The first milk chocolate appeared in 1875, when the Swiss Daniel Peter came up with how to mix ordinary chocolate with condensed milk.
sour cream 400 g
cookies 200 g
Butter 50 g
gelatine 10 g
bananas 2 pcs.
milk 1/2 cup
sugar 4 tbsp.
cocoa 3 tbsp.
Cook the crumbs in a blender. Melt butter in a water bath, mix with crumb. For cooking, you need a split form, it needs to be covered with parchment. Pour in a lot, tamper and put for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Gelatin from the sachet pour a small amount of water at room temperature for 15 minutes, then warm in a water bath until completely dissolved, do not bring to a boil. Mix the sour cream with the sugar.
Separately, mix the sugar, cocoa and milk, warm in a quiet fire for 2 - 3 minutes. Weight a little cool and mix with sour cream. Pour the gelatin and mix. Cut bananas along, and each half is another four pieces across.
Put the pieces on the frozen cake. Top with a cream. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 5 hours. Ready cake with a banana-chocolate souffle to take out of the form, remove the paper and decorate.
