having a healthy breakfast is the best way to start in the new day.
so today we will have a nice trilogy of eggs with some freshly baken bread.
you need:
3 eggs
herbs
salt
pepper
paprika
bread
butter
what to do:
poached egg:
boil water and add some vinegar
turn the hotplate a bit down, so the water has no bubbles
add one egg
stir the water a bit , so the white part of the egg starts to enclose the yellow part
leave in the water for 3 minutessunny side up
melt some butter
add your favorite spices and herbs
add the egg
wait until it gets a bit brown on the outsidesoft-boiled egg
add the egg to a pan filled with cold water
start to boil the water
take the egg out after roughly 4 minutes (depending on the size of the egg and the hight: 60 gram egg; hight 550 above sea-level, approx. 4:15)
serve with bread an butter.
