Hi everyone,

Today is the first work day after Christmas and I'm so lazy to go on work.
It was so good to have free time, watching movies in bed, go on coffee, hanging with my family and eating :)

That's the thing I want to write about in this post.
Excessive consumption of food

Most of the people ate a lot during this weekend and it's ok. There was a lot of food, sweets, carbonated & sweetened juices that are just tempting.

But now it's time to go back to reality.
Stop eating that food and go back or switch to more light food which hasn't that much fat, carbohydrates and sugar.

Let your organism be cleaned up from overdose food during this weekend and let it recover for the next weekend when you'll probably exaggerate again.

Here is example for nice breakfast where you can't go wrong.
