Spoil yourself with a fancy Rhubarb cocktail and a touch of Bourbon after a whole day's hectic work from your office or even for a party gathering.
It's a very simple recipe and very easy to make.
Mix some rhubarb syrup with vodka or bourbon. You don't need any lemon, since rhubarb already has a sour taste. Or you may need some mint leaves if you don't use "Ice Shot Glass" like pictured above, It melts so fast, so if you want to enjoy your cocktail more longer use a regular shot glass.
Ingredients:
1 rhubarb-wash and cut
2.5 cups o water
honey, rock sugar or regular white sugar as you prefer
Method:
Bring to boil the water and add the rhubarb then add sugar. Turn off the heat and strain it when it's cool. Keep refrigerate.
You can serve anytime with some ice or make some cocktail with your favorite liquor.

Great recipe! I also love rhubarb, its spicy sour taste. In the summer I cook a pie with a filling of rhubarb, we also cook it a jelly, thick drink. And of course delicious summer rhubarb soup is a super refreshing taste. But I didn't know the recipe you told me about. I think I'll try it in the summer.
