Your body needs nourishment!

Today's lunch: brown basmati rice, seasoned kidney beans, Amy's lentil soup blend

Salad: organic spinach, cucumber, olives, cherry tomatoes, pepperchinis, sprouts, croutons, red onion, and a sprinkle of vidalia onion dressing.
