Supporting local gives the best feeling :) by purchasing this egg instead of an egg from a chain restaurant, I am allowing Humble Wood Fire to buy more eggs from local sources, thus giving $$ to hardworking farmers who have loving environments for their chickens, not the horrors of modern American egg collection farms. PLUS, the egg tastes sooo much better. The yolk is golden and firm, there really is an obvious difference from cheap, low quality eggs.
