kefir 150 ml
apples 2 pcs.
buckwheat groats 1 glass
rye bran 1 tbsp.
honey 1 tbsp.
olive oil 1 teaspoon
nuts crushed (poppy, sesame)
Buckwheat groats in any way: you can use a coffee grinder. Not necessarily into flour, let the pieces remain, do not sift.
Peel the apples and grate on a large grater. Add buckwheat, rye bran, olive oil, honey, kefir or ryazhenka. Stir the mixture well, leave for swelling for 20 minutes.
The dough should stick well, do not crumble in your hands. If it turned out dry - add a little kefir.
Ready mixture to divide into balls, flatten into flat cakes. As a powder, you can use poppy seeds, sesame seeds or chopped nuts.
Furnace at a temperature of 150 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
