Honey cake

Cake "Honeymoon" like everything, it is not difficult to cook, please your loved ones.

For the dough:

400-450 gr Flour
100 g Butter
150 g Sugar
3 tablespoons Honey
2 pieces Eggs
1.5 tsp Soda
1 tsp Vinegar

For cream:

400 g Sour cream
200 g Sugar
2 pieces Eggs
3 tbsp Starch
50 ml Milk
200 g Butter
1 tbsp. Cocoa (optional)
Walnut nuts (optional)

The dough is prepared in a water bath. In a saucepan, melt the butter, honey and sugar, add eggs and slaked soda. Remove the saucepan from the fire and portionwise pour the sifted flour, mix the spatula. When the dough becomes hard to shovel, spread it on the flour-poured surface, pour the flour and knead the dough with your hands. From the test we make a tourniquet and divide it into 10 parts. We form balls from the dough, put them on a plate, cover with a film and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cooking the cream. In a saucepan we put sour cream, add sugar, eggs and starch dissolved in milk. Cook the cream on a small fire until thick, constantly stirring with a whisk. We let the cream cool down. We beat the butter with a mixer, without turning off the mixer portionwise add to the oil cooled cream.

Chilled dough rolled in the form of a circle, put the rolled dough on parchment and cut out the cakes. It is very convenient to cut the cakes with a lid from a frying pan. We work on the cakes with a fork, bake in a preheated 200 degrees oven for 2 minutes. It turns out 10 cakes. Cut the dough you need to bake and crumble with your hands or a stick for potatoes.

We collect the cake, smearing all the cakes with cream. Bake the sides of the cake with cream, and then sprinkle with crumbs.
We decorate the top of the cake to your taste. I added cocoa to the rest of the cream and smeared the top cake with chocolate cream, and also decorated with walnuts.
