Lemon fritters without eggs
350 grams of flour
300 ml of yogurt
5 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 tsp soda
1/2 lemon
Vegetable oil for frying
Kefir pour into a bowl, add soda and mix, leave for 5 minutes.
Wash the lemon and beat it with boiling water. Grate a half a lemon peel. Squeeze out half of the lemon juice.
Add kefir to the peel, lemon juice and sugar. Stir gently.
Add the sifted flour and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Bake pancakes in a well-heated frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.
