The nutritious and delicious for all fans of the queen of autumn and winter orange.
 

 Ingredients:

 ▪ 750 g grated pumpkin,

▪ 1 liter chicken broth,
▪ 1 onion,
▪ 2 cloves garlic,
▪ 3 g Kumin or coriander,
▪ 100 g of chopped parsley,
▪ neutral cream 200 ml

 
The nutritious and delicious for all fans of the queen of autumn and winter orange.  Ingredients:  ▪ 750 g grated pumpkin, ▪ 1 liter chicken broth, ▪ 1 onion, ▪ 2 cloves garlic, ▪ 3 g Kumin or coriander, ▪ 100 g of chopped parsley, ▪ neutral cream 200 ml  Preparation:  Pumpkin with a little water in the microwave oven warm yourselves or leave the stove plate 10 minutes to soften.  Marinoni onion and garlic, then add the spices and stir.  Pour in the chicken soup and add the pumpkin.  Boil 10 minutes.  Mix the cream and add salt according to taste and pepper.  You can serve with crushed goat cheese and roasted pumpkin seeds.
