INGREDIENTS:
Chicken: 1/2 kilo ( bone or boneless)
Onions: chopped 2
Ginger: small pieces
Garlic:2 cloves
Jeera:1/2 tbsp
Red Chilli powder:2 tbsp
Turmeric powder:1/2 tbsp
Salt: As per taste
Oil: required
chicken masala powder:1tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, take chicken clean them, now add red chilli powder, salt mixes them and keeps them aside. now add take a pan and pour oil and heat it. now add chicken in hot oil and fry them until the raw smell is gone.
Now take onions, ginger, garlic, jeera and grind them.
Now take a pan and pour oil and heat it, now add the onion paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chikenmasala powder and salt as per taste.until the colour change to brown colour.
Now add fried chicken to that onion paste. and fry them add little water and boiled the chicken.
Now the water evaporated and deep fry, and ready to eat chicken fry.
