This is south Indian famous chutney. This recipe is given to the best for plain rice, dosa and also evening snacks like samosa, vada as you like. This recipe is made very easy and simple.
INGREDIENTS:
Coconut: chopped 1 cup
Urad dal:2tbsp
Salt: As taste per
Oil:2 tbsp
Tamarind: 1tbsp paste
Jeera:1tbsp
Water: As required
Green chilli:1
Red Chilli: 2
Garlic:2 cloves
Ginger: small piece
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, take coconut and cut small pieces.
Now take a pan pour oil and heat it Now add jeera, garlic, ginger, red chilli, green chilli fry it. Now add small pieces of coconut and fry it lite colour.
Now take a mixie jar add fried all ingredients and tamarind paste. and a small quantity of water. now grind them until smooth and soft that coconut pieces. and take them into a bowl and ready to serve with plain rice.
