This Coriander Chutney must be used with samosa, dosa idli, chaat, pakora many popular Indian recipes. And also can be used in many different ways. It is also famous in the Western part of the world but it is referred as cilantro chutney.
INGREDIENTS:
Coriander: chopped 2 cups
Tomatoes:2
Jeera:1/2 tbsp
Oil:2tbsp
Ginger: small piece
Garlic:2 cloves
Urad dal:1tbsp
Green chilies:2
Lemon Juice:1tbsp
Salt: As per taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, take coriander clean and wash them.
Now take a pan and pour oil and heat it. now add jeera, garlic, ginger, green chilies, urad dal and tomatoes fry them, Now add chopped coriander leaves in that.
until the raw smell is gone, keep them aside. Now take a mixie jar and them and grind them until a smooth and soft paste. Now add lemon juice in that paste.Now you can serve with rice or dosa as you like.
