This recipe is very healthy. This Jeera rice is prepared very simply and easily. It is served as veg and Non-veg gravy dishes like dal fry, veg kurma.etc.non-veg like chicken gravy, mutton gravy etc.
INGREDIENTS:
Cooked rice:2cups
Oil:2tbsp
Jeera:4tbsp
Salt: As taste per
Red Chilli: 4
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, take the rice and cook them. and keep them aside.
Now take a pan and pour oil, and heat it, now add jeera, salt and red chilli.fry them until the colour change to brown.
Now add cooked rice and fry them 5 minutes.
Now ready to serve with dal tadka.
