MUTTON FRY.

INGREDIENTS:

Mutton: 1/4 kg
Garlic: 2 cloves
Ginger: a small piece
Jeera:1/2tbsp
Red chilli powder:1tbsp
Turmeric powder:1/2 tbsp
Salt: As per taste
Oil:2 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS:
First, clean and wash the mutton.now boil the mutton in a pressure cooker with 1/2 litre water and salt.once cooked remove on to a plate and keep them aside.
Now take a pan and pour oil, and add cooked mutton to fry little, now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and add ginger garlic paste.

Now fry them 5 minutes until the raw smell is gone. now ready to serve with rice.or roti.
