This is a morning Break fast. And also very simple and easy way to cook.This is a south Indian breakfast which is also known as Vermicelli Upma.(Semiya Upma)
INGREDIENTS:
Vermicelli( Semiya): 1cup
Green Chilli:2
Chena dal:1tbsp
Jeera:1/2tbsp
Oil: 2tbsp
Coriander Leaves: Little
Urad dal:1/2 tbsp
Ghee:1tbsp
Onions: 1/2 cup sliced
Water:2cup
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, take a pan pour ghee and add semiya fry them lite in color.
Now take a pan and pour oil and heat it. Now add sliced onions, green chilli, jeera, urad dal, and chana dal.
Now add water and boil 10 minutes.
Now add fried semiya.stirred slowly and boil in 10 minutes.
Cover the pan and cook it medium flame.Remove the lid and check the water has evaporated.
Now ready to serve your Semiya Upma.(vermicelli Upma)
