INGREDIENTS:
Maida: 1cup
Corn Flour: 2 tbsp
Grated Carrot: 1cup
Cabbage: 1 cup
Chopped Capsicum:1/2 cup
Pepper Powder:1/2 tbsp
Salt: As per taste
Oil: To fry
Green chillies:2
Ginger: small pieces
Garlic: 2 cloves
Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup:2 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
Take a bowl and add grated carrot, cabbage, chopped capsicum,greenchilli.ginger.pepper powder, maida, corn flour, and salt.
Mix all vegetables properly.
prepare small round balls from the mix. Now take a pan and pour oil and heat it.now drop the balls in hot oil.
Now the colour changes to golden brown colour. and keep them side.
Now take a pan and pour oil and heat it. Now add green chillies ginger, chopped onions and add soy sauce and tomato ketchup.
Now add fried Manchurian balls and fry them 2 minutes.
Now ready for veg Manchurian dry.
