Today we had this wonderful meal, made out of things we had in the fridge from the last days.

What you need for 2 portions:
• 300-400g pasta
• a left over from tomatoe sauce
• 100-200ml milk
• 1 red paprika
• 1 chili
• 1 onion
• a hand full of olives
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tablespoon of ajvar (paprika paste)
• 1 tin of tuna in oil
• a little collection of Mediterranean spices

I used these spices. Sorry that this is in German, but I’m here to translate it for you.So the first one is pepper, then we have oreganum, third is basilicum, herb sea salt & at last a collection of Italian spices.

Preparation:

First if begin to boil water for the noodles.
Then let some butter melt in a pan. Cut the garlic, onion, paprika and chili in dices and the olives in half’s.

When the butter and the pan is hot give the vegetables into it and roast them. Put some oil from the tuna into, if needed.

Then put tomatoe sauce, milk, ajvar and tuna into pan and heat the sauce on a low level. Let simmer for a few minutes. Add some water if needed. Then let it simmer until noodles are al dente. Add some more seasoning or salt to sauce after tasting.
Bon Appetit!
