Peruvian Ceviche

Good afternoon my dear community, this afternoon I wanted to share with you a simple recipe that I prepared last night to accompany the dinner.

The famous Peruvian ceviche, delicious and with few ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 loin of white fish (may be hake, bass or any that is thick)
  • 10 lemons
  • Salt
  • Coriander

Preparation:

The first thing is to clean the fish in case we have bought it completely, have the loin without skin.
Then cut it into cubes or dice and put them to marinate with the juice of 10 lemons approximately.
Let it rest for about 30 minutes until it is completely cooked.
Add a touch of salt and chopped coriander.
