Learn cooking korean food japchae

Hello all a steemian.

Japchae is Korean food in the form of vermicelli (dang myeon) mixed with various types of vegetables and beef. These foods include one banchan, and are eaten as a side dish, especially in special parties and occasions


RECIPES MAKE JAPCHAE

INGREDIENTS :

· 250 grams dangmyeon / suun Korea

· 2 tbsp oil for sauteing

· 7 cloves of garlic, then finely chopped

· 100 grams of minced beef

· 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, then roasted

SEASONING INGREDIENT :

· 200 grams of onion

· 150 grams of carrots

· 100 grams of red pepper

· 100 grams of green pepper

· 30 grams of chives

· 50 grams of dried mushrooms, soak in hot water until fluffy

MAKE THE BOOK:

· 1½ tablespoons of soy sauce

· 1 tablespoon sesame oil

· 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar

· 1 teaspoon pepper white powder

· 1 teaspoon of sweet soy sauce

HOW TO COOK :

  1. The first step is to first soak dangmyeon in hot water until fluffy, then drain and set dangmyeon.

  2. Next to make a stir, first heat the oil

  3. Then input the garlic until it changes color and the aroma is fragrant

  4. Then input the beef and cook until done

  5. Next input the onions, carrots, red peppers, leaf chives, green peppers and mushrooms also stir-fry using a large fire to boil

  6. Next add the spices such as soy sauce, sesame sugar oil, salt, pepper and also sweet soy sauce and stir until evenly

Then sprinkle the sesame and serve while warm
