Composition
Chicken fillet – 300 gr.
Cabbage – 500 gr.
Onion – 1 PC.
Carrot – 1 PC.
Garlic – 1 clove
Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
Salt, black pepper – to taste.

The method of preparation.
1. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, add the Khmeli-suneli. Let stand for half an hour, then fry until white in color in vegetable oil.
2. Cut onion finely, carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater, add to the meat, fry until Golden brown.
3. Add the cabbage cut into strips, stir, add languid sauce and a little water, simmer on low heat for 30 minutes under the lid.
