There are some foods that are not safe to eat during pregnancy. Because these foods increase the risk of child health.

Listeriosis is a type of contagious disease that is caused by listeria bacteria. This is a rare disease and generally it does not have any adverse effects on your health. But it can cause congenital complications during pregnancy. Due to listeriosis, miscarriage can also occur.

The following foods are listeria, so it is better to avoid them during pregnancy -

  • Well cooked food

  • Soft and sour cheese

Listeria bacteria are destroyed by heat. So cook your food at high temperatures.

Salmonella bacteria can cause food poisoning. There is salamonella in raw or unrefined meat, raw eggs, raw shelled fish. So eat fried fish and meat well in high temperature and cook the eggs well.

After cutting the fish, chicken, wash your hands, knives or sticks, boards, etc. well. Wash the fruits and vegetables very well and remove the dirt and soil. Use the Globes while working on pet care and gardening.
