My daughter adores these cookies. The content of coconut oil, nuts, oatmeal allows them to be included in the category of health and beauty.
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup coconut chips
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup walnuts shredded
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C.
Melt coconut oil in a saucepan.
Beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla and melted coconut oil.
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and add to the rest.
From the dough, make a biscuit and put it on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
