Hello,
Today i made chestnuts with chocolate :)
The recipe is very simple...
We boil the chestnuts...
We remove the peel...
We put in a saucepan a sachet of ready-made chocolate glaze once the water starts to boil and leave it for 3 minutes...
We "drown" the chestnuts with chocolate! :) ...
We wait for a few minutes for the chocolate to get cold and we are ready! :D ...

ναι :) ,ωραία ήταν,βέβαια τα κάστανα αν τα είχα κάνει γλασέ θα ήταν πιο νόστιμα... τώρα με την κουβερτούρα σκέτη ,παραβγήκε διαίτης

αγόρασα από την κάβα τα Χριστούγεννα κάστανα με επικάλυψη σοκολάτας και τρελάθηκα και νόμιζα ότι τα φτιάχνουν έτσι!,χαχα :)
