We found this post of shawarma and decided to try. I'm not a fan of the shawarma but it's good variety. Honestly lacks like some sauce or something more flavor at least in my taste

Cómo curiosidad cabe destacar que los shawarmas o döner ( que significa carne a la parrilla que da vueltas) originalmente incluye carne de cordero pollo o ternera en un pan pita y con verduras y alguna salsa. Pero este tenía carne de cerdo

Pues el shawarma que más me gusta es el de falafel, las albóndigas de garbanzo, que van perfectos en el pan árabe con perejil, tomates, nabos, pepinillos y crema de ajonjolí. Saludos.

Sé que el perejil forma parte de la receta pero honestamente ese sabor amargo si está muy ligero me desagrada un poco. Pienso que debe ser un shawarma bien preparado como lo mencionas
