INGREDIENTS
• 4 eggs.
• 2 cups of sugar.
• 2 cups of leavening flour or all use.
• 1 cup of cocoa powder.
• 350 gr of margarine without salt.
• ½ teaspoon of baking soda.
• ½ teaspoon of baking powder.
• 1 pinch of salt.
• 1 cup of hot water.
• 1 cup of liquid milk
• 1 lemon cd.
PREPARATION
First of all we beat the eggs with the sugar until they are whitened, reserve. In a pot place the margarine with the cocoa powder until melted, let cool. In a bowl place flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, previously sieved. In a cup add lemon juice to the milk. We return to the first preparation of eggs and sugar, add the margarine with cocoa, flour and milk, incorporated. As a last step, hot water is added to the preparation.
Grease and flour a circular mold about 25 cm in diameter with margarine and flour, bring to the oven preheated to a temperature of 180ºC of approximately 35 to 45 min. Verify that it is cooked by pinching the center of the cake or any wooden stick. Unmold in warm.
