Straw Mushrooms (Jamur/Kulat Jerami)

Not as usual, in this post I will present writing about Culat cooking in the afternoon. I realize that this writing is not as complete and imperfect as the cooking posts. If it's an update, just reading the writing we feel hungry, especially if we taste it it will taste good.

Kulat in Indonesian, namely Mushrooms are one type of plant that can be consumed. There are various types of mushrooms that grow, but not all of them can be eaten. Because there are also poisonous fungi.
Jumpung pile toadstool, which is rice straw after being knocked out, which is sure to have mold behind the stack. After I picked it, I immediately cooked it with perfunctory recipes ...

So, Kulat Jumpung is a fungus that grows naturally from a pile of rice straw which has been knocked out of the seeds. However, there are also people who prefer to burn the straw rather than just leave it.
