The perfect red velvet cake

This recipe is for the most delicious and easy red velvet cake

• 240g butter
• 640g sugar
• 1 tbp salt
• 1 tbs vainilla
• 4 eggs
• 550g flour
• 4 tbs cacao powder
• 520g buttermilk
• 14 tbp red colorant
• 2 ½ tbp baking soda
• 2 tbp white vinegar

Mix together butter, sugar, salt and vainilla in a stand mixer using a low speed until combined, next add the eggs.
In another bowl mix flour, cacao powder, them add to the butter mix.
Mix the red colorant and the buttermilk and incorporate to the cake mix
And for last mix the baking soda and the vinegar and incorporate to the cake mix.
Bake for 30-40 min at 180 °C

Frosting:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Make the frosting. In a large bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer for best results. Add in vanilla extract. Beat until combined. Beat in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time until frosting is smooth
