Sayur Genjer Sundanese food

For those who live in the land of Java, it is not uncommon to hear people joking by asking questions, "Drunk genjer, huh?". For the few people who hear the question must think that genjer is something that can make someone drunk. In fact, genjer is a delicious and healthy food.

In Sunda, there is one processed food that uses genjer. The name of the food is stirred genjer oncom.

Sundanese food is a traditional culinary that is often served in Sundanese food stalls.

Oncom is the main ingredient used to make this food. Delicious oncom flavors combined with a spicy sweet taste and genjer or spikes that have a soft but crisp contours when bitten.

In each serving of genjer oncom stir-fry there are many fiber clumps. So besides delicious, this food is also healthy.
