Welcome to the 5th edition of Friday foodies contest. This contest is powered by @maryfavour for @redfishpillar project . Feel free to participate, regardless of your geographical location. Please, note that Friday foodies contest usually holds every fortnight and on Fridays only, hence the name, Friday foodies.

How To Participate in the Friday Foodies Contest

If you would like to be among the 4 winners of this contest, then check your eligibility here, pay close attention and follow the rules below

• Give a title for your original food/beverage.
• List all ingredients used (please, find appropriate words like 'cow skin' instead of
  'kpomo' and dried 'locust beans' instead of iru or okpehie.
• Make sure to include the approximate number of persons your recipe can
  feed.
• Describe steps of preparation
• Include photographs of key preparation stages/steps
• Post a link of the meal/drink which you prepared on Friday to this official
  announcement blog
• If you can watermark your original photos and videos (for reasons of
  copyright) that would be great.

What To Expect For Participating

Steemians (especially newbies) who participate in the Friday foodie contest will receive upvotes ranging from $0.50 to $4, depending on how good their entry post is.

First prize-------------$4 upvote
Second prize---------$3 upvote
Third prize -----------$2 upvote
Fourth prize ---------$1 upvote
