Healthy easy homemade snack

I’m trying to lose weight after gaining 45 lbs in a short period of time due to steroids. When approaching 40 yrs old it’s hard to lose weight trying everything 😀 Afternoon snack West Coast time .

  1. Sprouted bread
  2. Chai seeds
  3. Almond butter
