SALMON RECIPE STYLISH GERMAN

German salmon

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Total time: 50 minutes

Yield: 1 serving

INGREDIENTS


1 kg of salmon

60 g of bacon

1 cup (tea) white wine

2 tablespoons (soup) of sour cream

1 grated onion and 1 onion finely chopped

3 tablespoons (soup) of butter

1 tablespoon (soup) shallow paprika

1 tablespoon (soup) of wheat flour

1 teaspoon (tsp) salt

METHOD OF PREPARATION


Clean the salmon, removing the skin and bones, cut into pieces about 3 cm, season with salt and grated onion and set aside.

In a frying pan put 2 tablespoons of butter, bacon, finely chopped onion and sauté.

Add the fish pieces and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

Sprinkle over salmon paprika, flour and let bake for 2 minutes.

Add the white wine and cream and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Remove carefully the pieces of fish and reduce the sauce, letting it simmer for another 5 minutes; add the remaining butter.

Arrange salmon in the center of a travesssa, sprinkle with sauce and garnish with potatoes
