Making a Spicy Omelet with Ghost Peppers from @papa-pepper

This is more about community than cooking, but the omelet was delicious!

In my travels from the week before Thanksgiving, I had the opportunity to meet @papa-pepper and his family in person. Our meeting wasn't about crypto or content creation, but he did give me a gift of some of his Ghost Peppers.
