Delicate, airy cookies, covered with chocolate icing, very tasty.

100 g of coconut chips
3 tablespoons flour
70 g of sugar
150 g chocolate
a pinch of salt
Whip the whites with a mixer until the peaks, and, whilst continuing to beat, add sugar.
Flour, coconut shavings and salt mix together.
Then gently, gradually add the proteins.
Make a baking sheet with baking paper. With a teaspoon spread on a baking sheet small balls.
Preheat the oven to 180C and bake cookies for 15-20 minutes or until creamy. Cookies cool.
Chocolate melt and dipped a piece of biscuit in the chocolate glaze.
