How the Japanese Craft the World’s Hardest Food

I am really curious about other Countries food and the taste of their food that is why I want to know their kind of food in videos even though I can't taste it. I am not picky when it comes to food but my problem is if I am not familiar with it, I won't taste it or maybe if I will, I won't like it because I am not use to the taste. I want to practice myself eating other Countries food and like them because I want to try something new.
