Zur Zeit mag ich es total, mir einfach Mören mit dem Spiralschneider zu drehen. Lässt sich bedeutend leichter knabbern als die Möhre am Stück. :) Kann sowohl roh als auch gekocht gegessen werden. Es gehen auch Gurken und Zuccini. :)

Zutaten

2 Möhren
1/2 Gurke
Salat (ich habe hier Löwenzahn genommen)
1 Hand voll Cocktailtomaten
Dressing (Ich hab ein Gemisch gemacht aus Hanföl, Kurkuma, Pfeffer und Salz)

Ist schnell zubereitet und schmeckt :)

    Tolle Idee! Habe es bis jetzt immer mit Zucchini gemacht - diese dann kurz gekocht - auch sehr lecker!
