I have finally tasted all the milktea places in our city and I have concluded what is the best milktea place for me. Wucha is the name of the store and I like it because they have the best tasting products, especially their classic milktea. They use reusable plastic cups and not single-use ones. Plus, they are affordable. It is not cheap, but it is not the most costly ones in the area either, they are mid-range.
