Right folks.

Here are some more photo's of the sort of food I prepare for my owner on board his yacht.

They, in general tend to be a bit fussy.


Chive and asparagus risotto with San Danielle prosciutto


Home made with 50% brown flour and 50% 00 Flour. Finished with fresh peas, peas shoots and home made ricotta.
