Suman is a rice cake originating in the Philippines. It is made from glutinous rice cooked in coconut milk, often wrapped in banana leaves.This suman malagkit is one of the most Filipino delicacies that I love so much, I remember every occasion we had we always make this suman because it is very delicious and Filipino love suman. In fact when I was in the public market earlier today I bought suman cause I am craving this kind of food cauase it's been awhile I haven't tried this food. When my mom used to make suman before we are so happy because we can eat suman again which is people in my province like it so much, and also in any occasion in the province is not complete without suman malagkit. Hope you guys tried it.
