Why vegetarian food?

Why it would be great to try out for one week vegetarian food!

During my schooltime I learned a lot about environment management and we watched some videos how animals are treated howadays. It wasn´t so nice. The animals are under such bad conditions, most of the people don´t even know. I don´t want to be part of these cruelty.
Since watching these horrible videos (what everybody can also see on youtube), I started a self experiment. I wanted to be just for one week a vegetarian. At the beginning it was difficult for me because normally when you want to change something, its not so easy. I didn´t know what to eat because in normal restaurants you often just find meals with meat. And I also was too lazy to cook by myself. But I wanted to try it just for one week, to prove it myself that I can do it.
So it searched in the internet for vegetarian restaurants, looked for easily made recipts and after a while I recognized that there a so many delicious recipts what I didn´t know. Same with the restaurants... when I started looking for vegetarian restaurants I noticed that they are a lot in my city- restaurants who offers lots of vegetarian meals, vegetarian restaurants or also just vegan restaurants. When we just be more attentively or inform ourselfs we find everything. I found a lot of informations on the internet like youtube ( because I prefer watching than reading) or other websites and platforms. But on youtube you can find a lot also how to cook vegetarian or vegan food. So everybody who says, I don´t know what to eat, there is nothing- trust me there is a lot, whats even more delicious and also without bad conscience.

Now since my beginning of my vegetarian lifestyle, 4 years are gone and I don´t miss meat anyway. I nowadays can´t even think about to start eating meat again.
In the past I always couldn´t understand why there are people who doesn´t eat meat, its important for a human beeing. Without meat you get unhealthy, sick or not strong enough.
But thats bullshit of the big concerns, all marketing. You get so much healthier without eating meat. And you do something good for your environment and all the animals. I am an animal lover, so I just want to do something good for animals, treating them well and don´t eating them is inculding for me.

So I´m not writing this because that I want to force people to get automatically vegetarian. I just want that when somebody read this post, that you inform yourself a little bit from where your meat is coming and if its worth. And perhaps to try out something new and start a vegetarian day for one week. Its also great to find out new recipts and to pimp up our daily food routines. You will feel much better (:
