You may already notice that it is a very simple ice cream to make based on the cookie commercially known as "Oreo" combined with a rich chocolate syrup, and the best thing is that you can prepare it at your whim, especially in terms of sweetness (quantity of sugar) that suits them, since there are many people who do not like them to be very cloying. This recipe is also excellent to prepare and share in any meeting between family and friends, they will see what will make them look in front of their guests.


If it causes you to taste this delicious ice cream just have to follow these simple steps:


Ingredients:

-For the creamy ice cream:

• 120 grams of cream cheese.
• 150 milliliters of milk cream.
• 1 spoon of vanilla.
• 50 grams of glass sugar.
• 5 Oreo cookies.

-For the chocolate syrup:

• 7 Oreo cookies.
• 80 grams of sugar.
• 1 spoon of vanilla.
• 100 milliliters of water.
• 30 grams of cocoa powder.

-To decorate:

• 6 Oreo cookies.


Preparation process:

• The first thing I always do is to put all the ingredients on hand to avoid interruptions when preparing the ice cream.

• We start by preparing the syrup, and for that we add the water in a pot and then we add the cocoa and sugar and stir it over medium heat until everything is dissolved. When it boils the fire is lowered and the vanilla is added. And let it cook for 5 more minutes until it thickens a bit.

• To prepare the ice cream in a large container, add the cream cheese and beat until it is creamy, then add the sugar and vanilla, and beat gradually.

• Then add the cream and continue beating until it is well creamy.

• Crush the 5 ice cream cookies on one side and the 7 cookies of the syrup on the other.

• In small glasses (in this case I did it in glass glasses so you can see it better but you have to take into account that the container or mold where the ice cream is added must be resistant to the freezer) is going to work as layers starting with the crushed cookies and then the chocolate syrup.

• Then add a layer of ice cream, then a cookie, then a spoonful of syrup and then another ice cream. With this amount of ingredients you can perform for 3 or 4 small glasses.

• Finally, decorate it with some oreo cookies and bathe with the same syrup. Then they are taken to the freezer for at least 4 hours. And ready to taste.
