Recipe | CAKE WITH BANANA

My friends, today was a great day off, which I spent with my family. On such days, I really enjoy cooking baking.

The other day I bought ripe bananas in a supermarket and I had a couple of bananas and I decided to use them in cooking cake.

I started making an incredibly tasty banana cake. This is an excellent cake recipe, which I often use in my recipes. The very process of cooking I like for its simplicity and the non-flavored taste of the cake.

I like to choose ripe bananas, from this cake becomes very juicy and acquires a wonderful taste and aroma.

Ingredients:

Flour - 210 g

Eggs - 3 pieces.

Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon

Vanilla - 10 g

Nutmeg - 1 tsp.

Banana - 2 pcs.

Sugar - 1 glass

Butter - 180 g

Decoration:

Chocolate - 80 g

Preparation:

1. Mix the eggs with sugar and gradually add a soft butter.

2. Mix flour with baking powder, vanilla and nutmeg.

3. Mix the flour and egg mixture together and mix the dough.

4. Lubricate the baking mold with butter and gently spread the dough.

5. Peel the bananas. Put the bananas over the dough and squeeze them into the dough.

6. Bake cake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

7. Melt the chocolate. Pour the cake with chocolate.

All you need is to properly mix the dough, using all the necessary ingredients and choose the right shape.

I use a narrow form with a deep bottom. Thanks to this form, the cake turns out to be long and high.

In the end, I poured the cake with melted chocolate, I like to combine the taste of banana and chocolate together.
