Today, I decided to bake something without sugar and my choice fell on the pizza.
I love pizza! For pizza toppings you can choose a variety of what you want only. The most important thing you need to roll out the dough very thinly and be sure to want to use stuffing tomato paste and cheese.
I added to the stuffing for pizza tuna and olives.
The result was a very tasty pizza!
Try to cook a pizza in my recipe, I think you will like it :).
Ingredients:
pizza dough
280 g of tuna in its own juice
100 g olives, pitted
100 ml of tomato sauce
60 g parmesan
Preparation:
1. With tuna drain the juice, let the liquid drain well.
2. Coarsely chop olives.
3. Roll out the dough 1 cm thick.
4. Ready circle of dough spread with 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
5. Cheese grate and sprinkle them a pizza.
6. Now put the tuna and olives. Pizza baked in a preheated oven at 240 ° C, at the lowest level within 12-15 minutes.
Pizza fed hot to the table.
