☕Small Pancakes.

My friends, today I want to please you with another delicious recipe for breakfast. These little pancakes with an incredibly lush texture will fill your day with excellent mood and a sense of satiety.

In fact, starting the morning with breakfast is the best start to the day, unless you need to hurry. This recipe is suitable for the weekend, when the whole family will be at home. Small pancakes can be poured with sour cream and raspberry jam from this the taste of pancakes becomes even more delicious. Fresh berries will also add a special taste to pancakes. So try to cook these pancakes at home and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Flour - 180 g

Kefir - 70 ml

Sugar - 50 g

Salt - pinch

For decoration:

Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons

Raspberry jam - 1 tbsp. a spoon

Fresh berries - 30 g

Preparation:

Mix kefir with eggs. Add sugar and salt to the mixture and mix again well. Add the flour and mix the dough. Bake pancakes in a frying pan for about one minute on each side.

To decorate pancakes place a small pile and pour sour cream, jam and decorate with berries. Enjoy!
